Welcome to keystone remedy where the wax is 80 a gram and there is no awning to wait outside to get in. If its raining bring a coat or umbrella because they could care less if you get drenched. Security is usually comprised of rude yelling bros who are more concerned with appearing threatening then helpful. Theyre not threatening at all if youre wondering. Not professional at all too. Feels very back alley and I would not recommend this location or brand.

Great staff. Poor management. During Covid-19, they have still not mastered how to effectively manage the flow of people safely. This is the only place that had me wait over an hour to have something brought out to the car. Rather than grab the card and money simultaneously, they took my card, went inside to verify, then 20 minutes later they would come out to get payment, then they would bring the product out after about 15 min. WHY?

Nice dispensary with friendly staff, normally in and out even if I am not ordering online. Decent selection of products, they do take debit cards and cash which is nice. Do not offer a discount to the average person which is a bummer. Biggest downside is they are quite busy during the middle of the day (think like lunch time). Edit: Staff usually seems overwhelmed here and they have little time for friendly conversation. Decent selection of product with regular shipments coming in. I really wish they offered a first responder discount as sometimes the product here is ridiculously priced at upwards of 65 bucks an eighth oz!!.COVID19 Edit: I had to drop it from 4 to 3 stars only because of the response to COVID19, KCR chose to close the dispensaries to the public and only offer curbside pickup, a lot of dispensaries did this in the area, except for two other dispensaries not related to KCR. The curbside pickup process is so incredibly slow, a visit that used to take 10 - 15 minutes, now takes me about an hour. Orders are collected and taken incredibly slow even when placed online!!! I have done my absolute best to avoid this place during the pandemic. I understand the need for patient safety, but either allow people to reserve timeslots, hire more help, or simply make curbside pickup optional! It does not matter what time of the day you go, it is constantly backed up and busy to the point sometimes they ask you to park on the street, walked down the road and wait outside to collect your order! Other places that do curbside pickup and are just as busy are nowhere nearly as chaotic and disorganized as this place, sometimes people who pull in 20 minutes after you, leave 20 minutes before you get your order! Absolutely unreal.

If I could have rated it none I would. I was DENIED my medication due to my husband who also as a medical card purchased medication. So they deemed us sharing, when I am my OWN patient. COLUMBIA is the BEST dispensary by far in the Lehigh Valley. Staff is awesome, educated, helpful, friendly as ever, and many of their patients say the same things about KEYSTONE.

This place is awesome. The staff are so friendly and able to answer all your questions. Very respectful and helpful. The medicine works wonderful for all your needs.
