Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and secured facility. The security officer is the real one! Prices I dont think you can beat anywhere else. Selection is very good too. There are closer dispensaries near me but Id rather drive the hour to Hanover. Thank you staff members!

First time here and was really nervous about going in. I'm new to this and the staff was very very nice and comforting. it was very busy and the staff stayed professional and calm. I was amazed how fast they moved people through. They weren't pushy when it came time to purchase. Told them what I was looking for and they suggested a strain and I'm very pleased! Definitely will be back again.

Very relaxed fast paced dispensary. Very friendly staff and the guard at the door is super friendly as well. Almost always a quick stop. Its a half hour drive from me but definitely worth the drive. One of my favorite dispensaries around.

I went in to get a 1/2 gram cart. I told them this. They recommended one to me and I bought it. Was not told it was only a 300 mg cart. Went in and asked about it because the pen looked like it was empty! They said that it was 300mg. I asked if I could return it since I wanted a 1/2 gram but they said no since I opened it already. Go to herbology instead.

Hands down the best experience around, I've become a regular and they greet me everytime, and remember me personally when I come in. Everything is handled very professionally and anytime there is a problem they do thier best to resolve it. The shortage is not thier fault!!If you want to see more product and change in the industry, then you need to actually complain and start talking to your representatives

Doc Nate and Staff are always welcoming and courteous! Very knowledgeable about products and always accommodating when visiting. They offer the BEST discounts and also offer the WHOLE month discount for your Birthday. I have 4 dispensaries that are within 20 miles from me but I'll drive a few extra miles for their customer service, selection, and discounts. My favorite.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always more then patient with my questions. They realize this is new in PA and take the time to make people feel comfortable.. we're lucky enough to have 3 dispensaries within about a half hour but I always stick with Knox.

Whats going on with this dispensary hasnt hardly had any flower product. Had to go to Gettysburg. Gettysburg and York dispensaries are stocked. Depending on who you asked at the dispensary you get a different answer.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to have a good selection of product available, but I wish they had a menu online. Also got a 20% discount for my first visit, which was great. Will be back, much more professional than Rise.

I can not say enough great things about this dispensary, they are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and usually have a g=good product variety. Since going to them, I haven't found the need to go elsewhere. They also have weekly specials!

Knox medical is my favorite place to go for all my medical needs. The office is clean, inviting and there is always an interesting selection of music to enjoy. The staff is so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have a very specific issue I am aiming to treat and they help me in everyway possible to ensure I am happy and pain free. I have been a regular for months and their prices continue to drop but their selection just keeps growing. If you are just starting out on your medical journey or you know it all and want a quick trip in and out this is the place to go.

Patient consult was taking place in middle of the sales floor, which I thought to be an odd place to hold that meeting. Most dispensaries have a designated spot to discuss personal concerns, but there was no regard for the patients privacy in this case.As others have mentioned - do your research online prior to coming in if you have any specific questions. Im sure they mean well, but they severely lack the ability to properly inform patients.Double check to make sure the employees give you your change - Im sure its an accident, but Ive had instances here where my change was significantly incorrect or forgotten to be handed back entirely.All in all its a nice try for a dispensary, but compared to the others, they just cant keep up. The nicest part about the place is the facility/building itself. You would be better off driving to others in the area where inventory is not a problem, amongst a few other things.

Nice place, never more than a 5 minute wait (that I have experienced) 5 stars for the best veteran discount in my area 20%. Finally got around to having an online menu, now they seem to be struggling for over a month to keep stock of any type of flower

Very polite and knowledgeable! If they don't know an answer about a particular strain, they will research and get the answer. They make you feel comfortable and do not treat you like a druggie off the street! Highly recommend!

Why does cost keep going up? I use to get 3.5 round in low $40.00 buck. Now it's in middle $50.00 I been watching your online menu everyday. Their was one item that I want to try.(disposable pen).The day before it was $25.00 pcs. so ok. I thought I drop by after work fellow day. To get 2 of them. I check online now it $35.00 pcs. for same kind that I want. Is your kush. Least you got very nice staff.

I'm editing this. Before, they had a low review. Things have definitely changed. The terrible staff members are gone. The employees can hold intelligent conversations about mmj and the laws and news surrounding it. They care. They're informative. They're personable. You can order by phone or online, which is quite convenient. I'll definitely be using this as my main source from now on.Original review: They have more of what I need than other dispensaries, and they have yet to be out of it. It is a very convenient location. That being said, none of the staff I have ever interacted with know anything. They disappear behind a locked door to ask a mysterious pharmacist that never shows their face. One employee walked away from me five times just to ask the pharmacist my questions; maybe it would be easier if this elusive person would come out to answer things? If the staff aren't able to answer questions, why employ them? Knox's site does not even show this as a store, it only shows Florida. That's an added frustration when trying to find hours or a current menu.

I'm a veteran and I worked in drug and alcohol resistance with youth . I wasn't expecting medical marijuana to be what I'd use to get off of the meds veteran affairs was giving me. After a long battle in my mind I decided to try medical marijuana as a way to help deal with my day-to-day issues because the side effects of the meds was to much. I still am not ready to be with no medicine . And for the first time in years it's I can breath, this weight that was crushing me finally became lighter and the staff at KNOX helped make that happen. Their knowledge, facts combined with unbelievably friendly and professional approch made me at ease . I have been to other dispensaries and this is by far my favorite and the one I refer people to. Go here they staff is worth it alone.

I agree that the store is bright and clean, oh and yes free parking. I was just in today. The sales millennial was so rigid. I think the questions I ask made him slightly defensive. I think he thought he really had to defend his distributors, when all I ask was if he thought they would ever get the vape in bottles so you can refill the cartridges. Maybe it's just me but $70 for the tiniest dab of liquid is outrageous. What was the use of doing all this fighting for legalization of Med Marijuana when the average person cannot afford it. I will not go back. I left there feeling slightly tearful.

They have more of placebo type marijuana products with little to no real affect. Rather then products with strong enough potencies to manage severe pain or nerve neuropathy for example. Also they staff is nice but have little to no knowledge of marijuana and its medicinal properties.
