Excellent staff that provide the detailed information needed to make the best of your experience. While I understood the rationale, a little awkward how you get in the facility. However, the staff made up for the awkwardness. Product availability is purely a matter of timing. Recommendation, order in advance and be prepared to pick up before closing for the day. More reliable approach to getting what you want. A definite return in the future.
