I am from Rochester, NY, staying at Ponoco Valley Resort for a week and am plant-based diet. I shopped at Earthlight Natural Foods and am impressed with healthy plant-based food which is similar to Loris Natural Foods in Rochester, NY. I am glad to have this store!

Way over priced! I go to the local grocery store and get the same item for much less. Even their sales at Earthlight are expensive. Plus they never put their seeds, nuts, oatmeal or bulk items on sale anymore. The thing I hate most though is that they open up so late!! Nonsense I say!

Im new to the world of healthy living and because of this place im slowly transitioning my whole family. The prices are high but nothing out of the ordinary. Most staff are very nice and helpful.

I purchased organic dried figs and chocolate covered almonds here. Both originated from a local company who sells in bulk to Earthlight. I was eating a fig and bit down into a hard grainy substance that turned out to be glass. I took pictures with my lab microscope to validate it as glass and sent them to the main company. I went to return both products to Earthlight with the glass taped to the top of the container and because I didnt have my receipt they wouldnt give me all my money back and instead discounted the return for lack of proof of purchase. Their logo is on the front of the packaging and I go here often. Aside from that there was GLASS in the product you sold me Earthlight! They should practice better business with repeat customers and do right by them. They are a unique health food store and the only one in this area so this will be unfortunate but I will not be returning here.
