At this dispensary you are actually treated as a patient, not just a customer. Beyond Hello is the best in Chester County. Ive been visiting here since the second day they opened and the staff has always been helpful and compassionate, at the same time they are very easygoing. After checking in, its usually one of the pharmacists who escorts you from the lobby to the backroom where the products are kept. Each time they will ask if you need any assistance and can offer great advice on products most beneficial to the ailment youre seeking to treat. Two of the pharmacists have helped me on occasion and both were so knowledgeable and sweet, they really took the time to talk about my condition and best treatments. The rest of the employees are also very friendly and can give a lot of tips about certain products based on their personal experiences. But as a single parent, there are two things that makes BH the best:1. Pre-covid the lobby had a great stash of coloring books, crayons, colored pencils, and books (like Rainbow Fish!) to keep kids busy. Although, there was never a time we had to wait very long. 2. Since the pandemic started BH has started offering curbside pickup, so now we dont even have to enter. My experiences with the security guards and staff who make the transaction has always been friendly, quick, and very organized.

The staff are really friendly & positive during a very crucial time afflicting us patients. I live sort of far away & the prices have been the most driving factor for me to visit this location.

My visits to this location have been nothing but extremely pleasant. Other reviewers mentioned about the staff's genuine nature with the customers. It is refreshing to feel like someone cares.

Fast and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the products and able to assist you greatly in picking the best option to assist my symptoms. Was super happy to see the Terapin charge to help me better understand some of the wording of the things they put down.I really like the bag youre giving at your first visit and appreciate the incentive to bring it back with a discount for each purchase.
