I bought a product from them and it was in warranty but because it had two nicks in it which they described as chunks they werent even going to try to send it in. NOT EVEN TRY. Whats the point of saying theres a warranty if there really is none. Honestly it felt like they were looking for any excuse to not replace. Save your money go somewhere with better prices/customer service.
