This pharmacy has been soo frustrating since I started going here. The drive thru takes WAY TOO LONG to get through. They are so slow. They have promised me my medicine by a certain time and then after I wait in line at the drive thru and get to the window they say its going to be another hour or so. The pharmacy staff has been very rude on numerous occasions. Recently, a staff member accidentally dropped my debit card when trying to hand it back to me because she was preoccupied... her response was my bad. I then had to get out of my car in the drive thru and search for my card, which had landed underneath my car. Meanwhile, she never sincerely apologized once. I will most definitely be transferring to another pharmacy because this place has offered me nothing but frustration and unprofessional experiences.

Please update your store hours online. Its says you open at 8 but when I arrived st 8:10 the was closed. I looked at the times on the door and they said 9.

Im a Type 1 diabetic. I called the pharmacy on a Wednesday and the pharmacy assistant told me that my insulin would be ready the next day at 1:00. I went to the drive thru at 3:00, the next day, Thursday, and they told me they were out of my insulin. It would be ready at 3:00 on Friday, the following day. I even asked, Are you sure my insulin will be ready tomorrow? I have to have it. She assured me that it would be ready to be picked up. So, I go back the following day, Friday, and they do not have my insulin. No phone call to notify me either times that it was not ready. No apologies. The pharmacist and assistants seemed oblivious. I will not give this CVS any more of my money.
