I have known Joanne several years now and Envy Vapors never fails to provide me with top-notch customer service every time I visit. I am always treated like family, no matter how long it has been since I visited. Before moving to Nashville, I bought a Rader Mage from them and although it has been tossed around, stepped on, and more, it still is running strong like I just bought it yesterday.
