We took a family member here for her first introduction to CBD. She had been recommended to try CBD products by her doctor for her intense chronic pain but was always too nervous to take that first step into a dispensary. The experience at E TN Hemp Co. couldnt have been more pleasant though. The store is clean, airy and open and as soon as you walk it in completely dissuades any stereotypes associated with buying hemp products. It was a great experience thanks to the amazing customer service from an employee. He was incredibly knowledgeable, really took his time listening to my family members concerns and provided highly individualized care. She was worried about the skunky smell of weed shed experienced decades ago so he encouraged us all not to just look at but also smell the various flowers and explained about the differences between CBD and THC. There is an ATM in the store and we ended up leaving with a high strength tincture and some pre-rolled flowers which did end up helping with her pain and sleep deprivation. Would definitely recommend, the Jonesborough location is comfortable as well and has more clothing.

Today I visited ETHC for the first time since they recently opened their downtown Johnson City location. The first thing I noticed after entering the store was how spacious it was, and all of the products were neatly displayed behind the glass cases.The young gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable; I learned a few things about hemp that I had not previously known. I wish them the best of luck with their new business.
