Was in there over 10 minutes and the girl behind the counter was to busy talking to a friend to even offer to help me! Terrible customer service!!Edit: I may have been on the phone when I first walked in, the conversation the girl was having with your loyal customer had nothing to do with products carried in your place of business. And as far as me texting, no, I was googling The best starter package. Very unfortunate that since Im new to vaping (trying to quit smoking) I wasnt afforded the same customer service as your loyal customer.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I went in today and got some new juice, but the juice wasnt the highlight of the trip.....RAY WAS AAAAAAMAZING!!! He walked me threw flavors to find something id like. The greatest thing was you could tell he is passionate about his job, his customer service skills gave me faith that there are still businesses that enjoy giving excellent customer service! I was so impressed by this visit, Ray was just great! Also the flavor he recommended (after letting me smell countless before we found one i liked) is Strawberry Sidechick, a nice mellow fruit blend, real smooth and fruity. Thanks Ray this is a great flovor!!!
