I usually go to the store in Hurst. They have a great variety of products and are usually very helpful. However, the staff has changed within the past year and the employees are not so kind and welcoming now. I wish this store the best of luck.

Linda was amazing! My ailing mother was unfamiliar and nervous about trying CBD for her chronic pain. 60% of my mother's body is burn scars and skin grafts. Linda spent nearly an hour educating my mom. She shared her personal experiences and success stories. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is trying CBD for the 1st time. It's been about 2 hours since we left the store

Reply to response, I am not sure it was a female. There is a difference between being a pushy sales person and being friendly. She was more like unfriendly and standoffish borderline rude. It was clear I was looking for something (broad spectrum vitamins kinda of thing) a good opportunity for someone to ask about my needs and point me in the right direction.The staff was unfriendly and just stayed away from me instead of asking me if I needed help.

Having survived breast cancer twice, I was left with debilitating and damaging side effects from the treatments that significantly reduced my quality of life. In what seemed to be a never ending search for relief, I went to Nature's Mercantile in Hurst, Texas. Thank God I did! The fabulous staff were not only very kind but they were very knowledgeable of their products and had a sincere desire to help me. I now have hope that I can finally overcome the intense and crippling pain and inflammation. My highest recommendation for Nature's Mercantile. If you are suffering, drop what you're doing and get there!

I purchased CBD oil from here and they DO NOT stand behind their products. I told them it didnt do a thing for me and I wanted to exchange it for another product. The sales girls no not without a receipt so she called the owner and they said no. Bottom line dont shop with them if you want to be able to find the product that works for you. I left the rest of my bottle and said keep it thanks
