I have been on the CBD for about a month now and have lost 12 lbs. My metabolism was very low and this has given it a great boost. I'm so excited to see what the second month will do for me. I also take it for the pain in my foot from the planter facilitus, along with the creme. I am so glad that I discovered American Shaman and it's CBD products.
