Communication needs to be a priority! I called explained my situation. I am told I can get a partial refill, I have no transportation so my daughter goes on her lunch break to pick it up for me and she is told they can not refill it. I have no problems that B & J could not refill it, but I should have been notified. A simple phone call so you dont waste my daughters time. Thats my mental health you are messing with, in the middle of this virus mess. Luckily my medication came in the mail today! But that in no way is an excuse for not calling and letting me know you were mistaken and were not able to get a refill. Now I hope my anxiety, PTSD, and depression ease up.

Thank you for suggesting the non-stick pads and elastic net for helping to treat the poison ivy outbreak on my arm. The pads stuck to the medicine but not to the blisters. The elastic net did an wonderful job holding the pads in place, way better than the athletic wrap style and tape!
