Didn't appreciate the saleswoman who came in and tried to sell me a 8 week package for $2500. After I said that seemed a little high she basically told me I couldn't get it done better or more cost efficient. She was wrong on both parts. Once they knew I wasn't spending the $2500 they blew me out the door. The issue I came in for was no longer a concern for them and they blew me out the door and gave me a pamphlet. Do not recomend them at all. They spoke of compassion for the patients and I personally saw zero of that being displayed. Great video though telling you all the benefits of their office.

I went to see Dr. Braddock on a Tuesday with an excruciating pain in my neck. The pain was so bad that it effected the function of my left shoulder, arm and face. I have two small, wild children and absolutely no room in my life for injury so I needed the fastest relief possible. When I arrived I was greeted by the sweetest, most compassionate office team who immediately snatched my 18 month old off my hip and entertained him while Dr. Braddock worked his magic. He listened to me babble about my symptoms for probably 10 minutes but it only took him 30 seconds to identify the issue. After the first adjustment, I wasn't feeling much relief. At that time, he asked me to come back and let me know it may take a few adjustments to work through this kind of pain. I went back the second day and noticed that the pain was less frequent than the day before. By the third adjustment, I was pain free and actually back to my regular old crazy mom life. Thank you, Dr. Braddock, for sticking with me and not giving up. You saved my life this week and I will forever be grateful!

I had called on a Friday needing a lower back adjustment, which I've had to have a couple times a year for about 10 years now. I've lived in different areas so I've seen different chiropractors. Braddock's staff explained on the phone that being a new patient would require x-rays that they would study, and I couldn't get my first adjustment until Monday. Since the pain wasn't too severe I went ahead with the process. My x-rays revealed 3 areas that needed correcting. After everything was explained they proposed a treatment plan that spans 8 weeks, and gave me 3 different payment options. I'm a little more than halfway through and I'm feeling a lot better, and can physically see a difference when I look in the mirror. They also gave me natural supplements to take which have also made a difference. I don't mind taking them since they are organic and not something meant to just mask the problems. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I'm looking forward to seeing my next x-rays. If you want to go somewhere that cares about maintaining your health, and not mask problems with meds that will only get worse, this is the place to go.
