Very nice staff. Open twice a week until 4.The doctor gave me a note to use at the dispensary while I wait for the card to be mailed in. I drive an hour to the dispensary, but the dispensary called the doctor to confirm what was on the piece of paper, but they didnt answer. I called and left a message to please call and confirm, that was not returned until after business hours, in which they said they called and confirmed the patient. When I went back to the dispensary, they said they had nothing. I paid $215 today in fees, and two hours of driving, and the note was useless and wasted my time because nobody could answer to confirm.The staff was still very nice, and today may have been a fluke, but still very frustrating.

Very understanding Doctor. I felt so comfortable with the whole process and left with a lot of reassurance that I could call the Doctor anytime if I had any questions. Highly recommend
