Usually have great customer service have always gone here for my vap needs.As of now never again!! I spent 100$ on a vap literally 30 days ago, i called Saturday to talk to someone about my warranty as my vap stopped charging. The guy told me to come in Monday and they would send it in to get fixed and also give me a loaner. I explained i had just moved to American fork and if he was certain this was the case as i didn't want to drive all that way if not. He continued to assure me that was correct. Well here it is Monday i drove all the way up there to be told they don't send them in for repair and he would not trade me for equal or lesser value because it had a couple marks on it and said it had been dropped. Im 50 yrs old i take care of my stuff and told him it had not been dropped at anytime that it had been shuffled around in my truck console for the last week and a half i haven't been able to use it. I further explained that a shop down here told me this brand does sometimes short out on the charging port... but this guy still refused to do anything. 100 bucks down the drain in 2 weeks and wont honor the warranty. Because of this experience i will no longer do business here nor will my friends and family. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!!!

Great place the owner rocks and is very helpful. Prices are better then any place I've visited in utah. I won't purchase capes or the juice from any other place then Gourmet thanks guys for always hooking me up when I visit.
