Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Under new ownership.I have had a standing order with them for four years now, and picked it up every two weeks. From now on, I will buy my products online. My vape battery was discontinued so they sold me a cheaper version on Friday. I hated it, returned Saturday morning, not even 24 hours later, with my receipt, the box, even still in plastic wrap. I wanted to return it and upgrade to a better battery. He refused to accept it. Said it wasn't defective. Never offered me an alternative, just very argumentive towards me. I asked for management and was told there was new owners and they weren't around. I guess I won't be meeting them, because I won't return, and I'll be spread the word of poor customer service to my vaping friends and family.
