Good prices, possibly good products (I never received my order), but customer service is a nightmare.USPS tracking said 'unable to deliver, and didnt update for a week, but when I emailed customer service, they just gave me the tracking number (with a typo in it!), and told me to contact post office.I clearly *already had* tracking info since I told them it hadnt delivered or tracked for a few days. Called cs, and the agent was kind of snippy, stating tracking shows delivered (it did not deliver and tracking on USPS site does not say anywhere that it was delivered). Pursuing a card chargeback if they dont resolve this.

Yesterday I went into green mountain hemp for my first time! I was exchanging a product that was bought wrong for a client of mine! When arriving I was told they didnt do exchanges due to not knowing what was or could have been done to the product, totally understandable. The sales woman then asked the boss/manager if he would make an exception. Not only did he give me the right product, he let me keep the one that was accidentally purchased. They were super friendly and helpful! I totally recommend them! I will most definitely be going back! Ashley Sheldon-Kelley
