Day 1...met Adriel ...had the best greeting, got a great deal, had excellent customer service and loved the MOD and juice. Day 2...(see picture) lost MOD in freak kayak accident went back in and met Edward also provided great customer service however we already knew what we needed!100% recommend, take a second to swing in, bring your ID and walk out satisfied! (Trust me I have been through some 'unbreakable ' MODs-- these guys did not disappoint!)

I didn't end up making a purchase because I needed something really specific but Austin still took the time to point me in the right direction and then explained how it should work. That's customer service! These guys rock.

I am an exclusive Avail shopper. I normally go to the Newport News or Hampton stores and they're great! This one didn't let me down either. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful.
