Very Helpful. Had what I needed

Just correcting a butt review from a previous account. I actually enjoy shopping here. They always have most interesting flavors of juice, and are fairly up on latest hardware.

Very happy after my first visit to Element Vapors. Malcom helped me find the perfect unit(Aegis Boost!) for my vaping needs. He didn't push me to buy a more expensive vaporizer but showed me all my options. I like that the shop has great prices and personal customer service. Vets get %15 off juice I highly recommend!

I will not be going back. I am not a one time shopper leaving this review. I, at one point, only used Element unless they were 'out of stock' of what I needed. Last year I bought the Orchid vape from them, a $50 device. Within 1-2 weeks it stopped holding a charge, significantly, to the point I would have to charge it every 4 hours. I went in multiple times and messaged them about this. I once had someone change the settings which maybe helped for a day. I finally went to another shop and purchased something different, as I was told by Element 'there was nothing they could do.' As a side note I ended up having a manufacturer's defect with the new device bought from the other shop. I went back and they took back the device PLUS the OPENED pack of pods I bought and gave me a refund! I then purchased the Caliburn from the other shop with no complaints. So on Valentine's Day I went to Element and purchased juices and pods. A $60+ purchase. One of the zero pods I purchased for my husband has already burned out. Okay, maybe a company issue, we all get those 'dud' pods from time-to-time. However, the one Bident pod I purchased won't stay down in the device. It keeps popping up, not connecting, no vape hit. So he goes into Element today, explains this, their answer 'well you can get another pod and try that, if not maybe you need to buy a new device' They didn't even offer to issue another $5 pod at no cost to see if this would correct the issue. He paid for it. Thanks for nothing Element. I will never shop there again! Avail and Poppa Joe's have a much better customer satisfaction reputation in my book and I have NEVER had any customer service issues with either of them as well Have a great day!
