Avoid this place if at all possible, horrible customer service by the pharmacy. Appreciate them not filling a prescription that was urgent and Ill now have to call and get another one sent to a pharmacy that can meet normal expectations.

It's a ok place. Alot of the staff are helpful. Except a few. Their is one there in the pharmacy that starts with an R. I will not put her full name out there, but is very rude. But everything else is very good service.

Supporting businesses in King George county is great but STAY AWAY FROM THE CVS!!! Since opening, the service has continued to deteriorate. (1) The staff is rude, especially if your prescription is for pain medication, and make presumptions of drug addiction. (2) If there is an error, it must be your's or the physician's error. It is Never their fault! (3) Prescriptions are not ready by the promised times.

Always never enough people working the Pharmacy. Always a line a both the drive thru and inside the store when picking up RX's. Now something new...apparently when your doctor sends in a RX and you arrive 3 hours later for pickup, it hasn't been filled and you're told it's still going to be another 30 minute wait. This is the second time this has happened and it's unacceptable. I wish something could be done to improve in this area. The days of good customer service are no longer.
