Ok crafts shop. Clean. Lots of variety. Pricier than most places but a larger, harder to find selection. Friendly staff. Easily accessible and very convenient.

Fantastic selection and friendly staff, but exceptionally poor management; the store manager seems to dog her employees over things they can't control, and follows customers around the store as if she just expects them to shoplift or something. It was also *extremely* hot in the store - like over 80 degrees. It's as if they don't even bother to turn the air conditioning on until the store opens - in Virginia, in summer, when it's routinely 90+ degrees, that won't get the job done.
