Im only giving one star because I cannot give zero. I recently ordered some clothes from Kohls online due to my local store being closed. They proceeded to charge me almost twice as much as my purchase totaled. I have called customer service numerous times and no one there has the ability to refund the difference. I had to dispute the extra charges with my bank. Now I have to wait 30 to 90 days to get my money back. I have since made a complaint against them to the FTC and BBB. My issue is not with a Kohls account as suggested by the owner in their reply. I used my debit card to pay for the merchandise. That would explain why I called my bank to dispute the charges. Most owners would at least apologize for the bad service experience. Not this one he/she just assumed the problem was with an account I dont have.
