Staff was unfriendly and the product was unsatisfactory. I will not be returning even if this is the last dispensary in Washington.

They have some of the best deals in the area. After a terrible customer service experience, those deals arent even worth going there.

Ive only visited this location once which was Yesterday evening. After having nothing but great experiences at their Kirkland location I was in the area and figured Id give it a try. Great selection and friendly staff..for the most part. Door lady was extremely rude and cold. Didnt even check my id when I pulled it out to show her, just looked at me like I was crazy. Never have I felt so unwelcome walking into a business. Without that first interaction Id be giving this a 5 star review
