I usually don’t write reviews. But the customer service from one of your employees. Q. Is abusive rude and threatening. The other staff are fine me. But this one needs serious education on customer service. Because of my disability I have to avoid people like this.

These guys are selling bunk cartridges, and then claiming that they can't return them because of covid-19 when,when I called to find out what code they were enforcing they had no idea. That brings into question their competency as business owners.

This is the nicest recreational store I've been to. The staff is all nice and super reliable. They know their stuff. The store is always well stocked with a nice rotation of new as well as some solid staples. 10/10 my favorite shop. I will pass 4 other stores to visit this one.
