Awesome product great prices very friendly and knowledgeable staff

The general manager at this location was extremely rude. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at the Otis Orchards location. The first time I felt super embarrassed by one of the bud tenders making fun of the quality of the oil I was buying and this time the general manager insisted that I leave the store because I didnt have money. Really my partner had the money and I was trying to explain this to him that he had my money and I just wanted to be able to pick out some grams of oil and after hearing this he was very rude and told me I need to wait out in the car. I expect to be treated better when I'm spending so much money at a store!****Revision**** Apex has since reached out to me and let me know they are sorry about the incident and informed me that things have been handled. I am editing my review to 3 stars instead of one because I really appreciate a business reaching out and making things right. Stacey was a pleasure to speak with and I now feel much better about coming to the Otis Orchards branch. Thank you Stacey!

Old man loves this place I don't partake in this kind of activity however he loves the products and the prices are super fair
