Poor customer service, or lack there of. I went in with a friend, while we were on break, and waited to be helped. We got skipped, with no acknowledgment or anything. There were two clerks, a male and female. Very disappointed won't be going back. I was looking forward to checking out this place, considering I'm new in town.

Unfortunately, the owners and the bud tenders that work at the shop are extremely unfriendly, and they were all trying to do their best to take as much money from you as possible, their products are overpriced, and they dont provide a very good wellness experience, if you need help, or yours simply just trying to get a buzz, I would go to fill a bong, theyre a lot nicer andThey also give industry discounts, my experience through better buds has been absolutely horrible and dissatisfying, dont make the same mistake I did, go to a different store
