Idk why I keep giving them a chance, I just went and showed them my vape trusting they would know what coil to give me that would fit my vape and it was wrong.. once again. Before the pandemic I went in for a different vape I had, I wanted the guy to put the coil in for me because I cant trust they will be correct anymore.. and he couldnt get my tank unscrewed.. surprise I went home unscrewed it myself and stuck it in for it not to fit and yes Ive tried to return it they dont return opened coils. Even before Covid-19. I live in white hall so theyre unfortunately the most convenient but Ill be going somewhere different. You dont go to sprint and show them a phone asking what phone charger you should buy, just for you to go home and realize they sold you the wrong one and then they refuse to return it due to their mistake? I should trust a vape shop to sell me correct products for a vape I handed them in person that they were so confident in giving me .

Very informative and great place. Staff has helped me with my mods anytime I have problems or questions. I recommend this shop many of times.

Though I enjoyed the atmosphere the few times my friends and I have visited, there is a line between informing and lecturing over devices, and ejuice. Also, it is to be understood that this place may not sell a specific device because 'it's just a rip off', or because it's less in price? I didn't like giving such a low score based off of not only my experience, because we all want to support our local vape shops, but just because they won't sell a specific device doesn't mean they would not profit off of it. I'll continue to support this vape shop when I am around, but unfortunately it is not first on my list.

I enjoyed coming to this shop as I was traveling. Couldnt be happier about my decision to stop here. I would have possibly missed out on meeting the wonderful staff, owner and amazing products to choose from. Thank you for such a great experience, I highly recommend making this a stop if youre near Fairmont.
