I was pretty skeptical and adamant not to try something so new on the market. But I was at an event and explained to Shellie the issue I have been dealing with since spring which got worse over the summer and has not really healed up. I have gotten to the point in my injury that it started to make me change my living habits. Like not being able to go dancing some nights, not being able to go hiking and just slowing me down in general. I have tried a lot of pain relievers, foot soaks, ice, shoe supports, creams, specialized massages but nothing really lasts long. I have plantar fasciitis. My walking pattern has changed which will only cause more problems with the rest of my body. In the last few weeks I noticed my lower leg (gastroc) muscle was so tight and would not release. I stopped in their office and talked more about the product. I tried a sample that is absorbed under the tongue and within 10 minutes of talking about the other products I could dorsiflex without feeling strain or tightness in my gastroc. It was so strange that I kept doing it because I thought I was crazy. Its been a couple of days and the amount I take 2 times a day is so small that I still am able to move my foot. I was able to wear a pair of shoes without supports and I got up from bed without grabbing for the wall those first few steps. So Im definitely going to continue and see what other benefits this product will add to my life. Going try hiking this weekend. I cant wait!
