bought a yocan mod on saturday the next day it broke. the hinges where the screws attach were faulty. obviously a manufacturer error. i brought it back in perfect condition showing the error. i was told they would not exchange for a new one without paper receipt when i showed where the charges came out of my bank account. would not recommend this shop, i can i can 100% understand if i was at fault but there is no way i could have broken that thing in 1 day. it is still in flawless condition......really wish they would have just done the right thing. i was told the owners had a strict paper receipt policy even with it being a manufacturer error and it clearly showing the charges on my account?....theres no way to respond but its cool, you got your money thats all that matters right. im not stressing $20 by any means its the moral of it. its 2019 im not even sure i was given a paper receipt but the beauty of technology is that its black and white clear as day charged to my account i have screenshots on all the info you need for that. the paper thing is just your way of getting over on customers.....please tell me the difference in a paper receipt and my bank account on my regions app? and the dude running the store knew i bought it a day prior even agreed to the defect and said that sucks but the owners were the ones who wouldnt allow refunds.
