Renewed my card here because it was the cheapest place around I could find and it was awesome. Super fast and friendly staff and my card was approved the next day!

staff and dr are very nice people but!.... They totally let me down and went bk on there word guarnting me that my renewal card would be filled on a specific day which it was not and i told them it had to be filled on that day or I risk my freedom and now my freedom is at risk bc of them breaking there word and not coming threw on there guarantee. I also went there two weeks prior and paid all my fees in advance to avoid this. not to mention I was at the bottom of the list to get filled, obviously, and it didn't get done like promised and I'm sure there not gonna compensate or take care of this or me for that matter. I'll never go to then again. you did me so DIRTY TODAY independent wellness center!! not cool guys not cool at all!!!!!!
