Hi my name is Cristina C. I recently visited Ponderosa. I would like to specifically say thank you to Vincent & the welcoming girl who answered & made me come in. The young lady was very welcoming & encouraged me to come in she said I would love it. Which I did btw. Vincent was very attentive of my needs made sure that I completely understood the product. Especially since I came in crutches he opened every door as I left. So thank you Vincent for your top notch customer service. Anytime anyone does some thing with passion its always a good experience
