The product is good and you get good deals for being a 1st time customer the only thing i didnt like was they didn't take me to the back to get a look at the selection i had to look at a paper and there was no pictures of the product just information i wanted the strongest they have i ended up getting golden goat which is 25% thc luckily they had enough information on the strains without needing to see a picture but i always prefer to look at the actual product or picture of the product before i purchase even though there's better dispensaries this place is still worth the visit

The staff and service here are amazing and they usually do a great job when it comes to customer service. I however learned that most staff are only paid minimum wage and all have to pool tips. Even though the managers are salaried and almost never interact with any customers at all they still feel the need to tip themselves out. Shame on you Bloom, your employees deserve better.

Staff was cool. All flower is priced the same, and i had to shop from a paper ad due to covid I guess. Made it hard to select but budtender was helpful. Only 1 tier of flower, idk the idea is kinda bittersweet. What I got was definitely good for the price though.

They were not letting people in for 30 mins at 4pm. Its very hot, no shade. They need to have time limits on people inside
