I will be boycotting this place and telling all my friends to as well. Bring back the daily specials!! Ever since Medmen took over this dispensary has gone so far downhill that I will go out of my way to find the deals I want or use delivery services.

I was there a few days ago and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Especially this blonde girl August, I think her name was, she answered all my questions and got exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back.

Never a bad experience. ******9/5/19: upgraded to 5 stars******Monarch significantly remodeled it's shop rebranded as MedMen, and has a new system for shopping products. The new experience is more Best Buy (a good thing) and less pharmacy. All/most products are on display with all relevant information clearly available on an electronic touch screen next to the product.After I got used to it, I personally found it to be a more informative shopping experience. A shout out to Kimberly at the Pima/Via de Ventura location. Knowledgeable. Listens. Leads me to what I want!
