The lady that waited on me was very nice but she told us everything in the product was natural & it has methyl salicylate in it which is aspirin & I am anaphylaxis to aspirin. I opened it but thankfully I saw that word & knew it was aspirin before I used it. I can't return it as I opened it but that is $54 dollars I lost. I would give them 5 stars for courteous but they need to learn their product ingredients are not all natural like I was toldThe owner immediately emailed me & told me they would give my money back. It took me a few days before I felt good enough to take it back. I didn't even have to take it back but felt it was right. They don't have any products that don't have salicylate in it but being I am anaphylaxis to aspirin I can't buy from them, but wish I could as they are very nice. If your not allergic to aspirin or any product in it I would highly recommend it as it has a lot of hemp in it.
