Awesome customer service! They set me up with a really nice e-nail on a promotion. Unfortunately the box had an issue from the manufacturer (not at all related to the store). I figured I was out of luck but they replaced it the next day. These guys stand behind their products.

Great place unless you deal with the one dude there that is about as personable as a box of rocks. He has little knowledge cause he seems to be there for a check but doesn't want to know anything about the industry or products. Everyone else has been very courteous and helpful and prices are great. I will likely not go there anymore though just because of the one douche bag.

The only thing Ive bought here that Ive not been extremely disappointed with has been one $130 glass piece, everything else was a disaster, I was a member and shopped regularly due to close proximity to my home, but I recently bought a concentrate liquidizer there that they have to me in a syringe which wasnt a problem, but when I got home I applied just a touch of pressure and the entire back fell out and $20 worth of juice spilled onto the floor, not extremely accommodating and usually a bit higher priced than other shops... probably wont come back. OH AND also several months ago I purchased a vaporizer from here that straight up broke within two weeks and they never offered to replace but instead I had to purchase a new one. If you want an actual working product and good customer service, find another smoke shop.
