Dr Roper is a scammer he's my primary doctor still wants me to pay $250 at his weed clinic for certification but has to get my medical records from his office. Now that's a scam! All you have to do is go to pain management with your medical insurance and they'll sign the paperwork free of charge! Don't pay these doctors $250 for a signature that takes 2 minutes!
