Love the people but hate the turn over. Love the product but hate the issues. The prices are good the specials are good, but I drive almost 40 minutes to get there and every battery we have bought has burned out, so I don't encourage anyone to buy your batteries or anything like that. Stick with product and you'll be fine. Some of the greatest nicest people working there but they just don't all see things the same way or sell things the same way and some of them are more knowledgeable than others. We have been stuck with so many unusable and expensive cartridges, and batteries to go with them, and it's been a bit of a rip off that way. Outside of the distance and the product availability issues and the batteries that just die on a whim, not to mention product that has to be returned because the cartridges don't work, it can be a hit-or-miss. We love them anyway and we would continue to go through them when we're in the area because the pricing on their own product is excellent. I just hate losing money on things like batteries and bad cartridges that force us to go back and they refused to refund anything on these batteries. You're just stuck.

closed? in the past 2 weeks, i've stopped by the spot 4 or 5 times (all in the afternoon) and the parking lot gate has been closed/locked, no access to the entrance. too bad, i had just become a new client about one month earlier, and the next nearest shop is considerable distance further down the road. if they come back, i'll update my rating 5 stars, i have nothing against the shop, but i'm pretty certain they're no longer operating out of this location.
