I have been a customer for four years now and never had a problem with them...they stand behind there product .. there all great people at the store.

Excellent shop, inventory and most of all super friendly staff. I mostly buy my gear online these days due to the employees at most places not being great, stale inventory or not having what I want most of the time, on top of rediculous markups. This place is different. Dropped in here just looking and ended up buying a new tank on Justin's recommendation (falcon 2, awesome flavor, buy this tank!) at a great price and couldn't be happier with it. Justin was super helpfull and knowledgeable. To top it off the price on their coils for this tank is the same as online when you factor in shipping, so will be coming here for that now too. I make my own juice, but their selection is so good I will probably come in for that also and try some new flavors for inspiration, since they have really fair prices. Good job Big City Vapor, you got a new customer thanks to being a brick and mortar that can compete with the online vendors on price, with great service to boot.
