One of the more compassionate dispensaries. Im disabled on a limited income. I am afforded their Helping Hands program and I am treated like family. BOGs selection is always of good quality. A friendly, professional, and highly recommended dispensary! Cant wait until they move into the new location just down the street at University & San Pablo Avenues.

Website says place an order by 4:30p for same day delivery, I placed my order before 1:30p never heard anything from them, order just said 'pending' online. Called multiple times over the course of 4hrs no one answered or returned my message. Finally got thru to someone around 6p they placed me on hold for 15mins until I finally hung up and tried to call back to which they proceeded not to answer since it was close to closing time. I ended up waiting all day for them when I could have took my business elsewhere. Thanks for the great customer service and communication. Won't ever waste my time placing a delivery order with them again. SMH
