We go out of our way to come here. Even though SIP is lifted, one cant go in, look around and ask questions, etc.... impersonal front door staff. You def dont feel welcomed here. I get the sense that customer service is not a priority here. Also, you *have* to pre-order online but pay cash inside and no machine inside to get cash. Other dispensaries are accepting credit cards. Really poor first impression. Not coming back nor recommending.

I get quoted a price. Then I asked if they do military discount. They do. Then they put me in the system as a veteran. Then they quote me the same price they did before. Then they insist I am getting the military discount even while showing them the price I was quoted before they registered me as a veteran. I told them I'd happily pay for the product without the discount but if they're telling me I get a discount then I would like that discount applied to my sale. Anyway I didn't get the discount. Boo hoo. It's cool if you don't do military discount. But don't say you do, register me into your system as a veteran and not give me the 10% discount you are saying you offer.

Terribly old products, poor customer service, and clueless staff...My last purchase will definitely be my last from this shop. Overpriced six month old mids is pretty disappointing.

Went in today to buy a half gram wax cartridge and the cart tasted so bad that i couldn't smoke it anymore. I traveled all the way from woodland to visit Berkeley and it sucks I got ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place
