False Advertising. Sign stated 25% off all concentrates after I was rung up by budtender my price wasn't discounted at all. I asked them why and the excuse was that it was an already discounted item. The sign states all Concentrates not all except previously discounted concentrates. Another odd thing is the same concentrate cost the same price every week, so it doesn't seem to be a discount to begin with.

Check your online order Total always comes out more to what iheartjane gives you I always have to check and tell the bud tender they price match but its annoying to do all the time

Quality of service went down. Used to be able to get 25% off all concentrates at list price. Now CHAI only discounts up until their bottom line. IE staff stated $20G of budder was already at max discounted price. I've in previous visits had no issues getting $20G for 25% off. Won't support this place anymore even 25% off is still overpriced what street price is and now the service is terrible, no reason to support.
