This store is illegal. They hold your ID at the front desk - this is in case authorities show up, and you will get in trouble along with them! They have already been reported as illegal so I would be careful. If you are experienced, you can tell their pen cartridges are counterfeit. Yes, bad carts are what have been killing people this year! I disagree staff is not cool, they make customer service mistakes many times I've been in. They used to give a gift once you fill up your sticker card, but now won't even honor it. Soooo many better stores!!!!
