I have visited before and there is one guy in specific that is very helpful but he wasn't there when I went this time. I went in and I was approached by a young woman and she asked if I needed help and I proceeded to tell her what I was looking for and if she could suggest anything in particular. She told me she didn't know and that I should look online and check out the reviews for different products. I feel that anywhere you work you should have some knowledge of the products you are selling or attempt to get information on it. I dont believe she was new, she didnt seem like it but I could be wrong. But if you're going to work in an environment like this I feel workers should have a general idea of the products in the store.
