Genius Dispensary Melrose

Bought CBD tincture and the expiration date is in a month. Of course I didnt notice that at the moment of purchase but when I returned home. When I went back to the store to replace it for a product with a longer shelf-life, they denied it arguing that there is no return policy. What they did was a total scam, I feel cheated.

Place is amazing! I was gonna rate them 4 stars for not having a loyalty program, but they truly deserve the full 5 stars: super helpful/welcoming staff and they're incredibly accommodating of people who don't know that much about what they're doing. Not to mention that the actual stock they carry is amazing (I'm a real fan of the select brand myself)All in all, great place that's worth a stop by if you're in the area looking for good weed.Five stars for that delivery greatness!EDIT: Despite what the owner says, they don't seem to have a rewards program (at least the employees didn't seem to know of one) Still a great place however!

Depends on who serve you. My first visit was amazing. The staff who helped me was very knowledgeable and I tipped them $10. During my second visit, I had the opposite experience. The lady who went in before me was given attitude by staff at the front door and she said to me that the staff didnt want to help her. She kept asking me questions and I dont know how to help her because Im not the shop staff. I spoke to a staff member regarding my purchase and she said they got more stock of what we want at the back but the manager will take a long time before she can come out with the stock, because shes very busy. We waited so long for their manager and there was no stock. The thing is they had what we wanted to purchase in their special buy two and get one for $1. We were happy to pay full price for their promo items, but the manager wont do it because they have been labeled $1. I own a company myself and I would rather my staff try to sell $1 items for full price for a client whos willing to pay more. Obviously, the manager doesnt care about their return clients. I wouldnt come back.

Very nice and clean establishment. The store owner and the bud tenders are all knowledgeable and professional. Great products with a wide variety.

Everyone here, from the front desk to the staff in the dispensary, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was directed towards a gentleman who worked one-on-one with me to select what would work best and also gave sound advice. The whole experience was FABULOUS. Thanks!
