GREAT selection its insane I was so blown away. The set up in there with the lights and how you wait in line will remind you of the club and i loved it. BUT my tender was very snobby, and not interested in showing me stuff. She rolled her eyes and huffed and even stared at me for a few seconds when I kept asking questions. By all means check this place out so so many selections that I've never even known about. Just the tender was having a bad day i guess

The product works great. Love that the pods don't get jammed very often or at all. However, needed to return my battery after a couple of weeks so had to go through the process.The mass email sent out after I sent the ticket was expected but the solutions were all to problems I wasn't having so that didn't help. Then, the response email was generated and sent telling me they'd send me the shipping label and I could return it. This was a Friday I believe, so I figured it would be coming shortly. Didn't though, till Monday. That's the reason for the star removal. I wasn't sure why the label took so long to generate. However, once they sent it it was about a week to turn around and I got it that following week. They were good about staying in touch and I got a battery that works now so we're all set.
