I have had chronic neck pain for the past year and a half. After trying chiropractic care and physical therapy without success, I was about to go the route of an MRI but acupuncture was suggested so I thought I would try that first. After 5 sessions with Lisa Cemo of ACUGLO, my neck pain is virtually gone. I can't believe it! She came highly recommended by a friend and patient of hers and I am forever grateful! Lisa is knowledgeable, professional and the nicest person you could ever meet. And her techniques are so amazingly effective. I can't say enough good things about her. She is amazing!!!

Lisa Cemo is a gifted healer with an expansive amount of knowledge and insight in healing the body. Her blend of modalities creates a unique experience to the client. She tunes in to who you are and where you are coming from by listening and feeling where the work is needed. Our bodies have their own way of telling us where we need healing and Lisa has a wonderful ability to listen to you individually, and then intuitively create a unique platform for true healing. I came to Lisa at AcuGlo Wellness with a painful knee injury, that had also led to additional shoulder injuries assisted by a few chiropractic adjustments that were to try and help heal my knee at the time. I was in severe body pain for weeks, not sleeping, practically immobile at times and I was healthy and athletic except for some knee soreness just a month before. In addition to working with my dietician, I found Lisa and started acupuncture with her. I had had acupuncture twice prior somewhere else and wasnt quite getting the relief I needed or that felt right for me. I had a strong feeling after talking with Lisa over the phone that she had the blend I was looking for. Her work is gentle and on point without any discomfort. She knows exactly where to focus her attention and what else may be needed to enhance the healing experience for that particular situation. A couple of things she has used in addition with me are Moxa (mugwort), cupping and Facial reflexology, and it has been perfect. Since adding Lisas craft into my physical/spiritual healing regimen, I am not only feeling healthy, but my whole body feels amazing, in tune you might say. I feel my body smiling and grateful for having found Lisa and her transformative work. She is an wonderful, intuitive spirit.Her office in Los Osos is super peaceful and she has created a beautiful little space for healing. When you walk in you will feel comfortable and at ease and already starting to heal.

Once you got to Lisa you cant go anywhere else! Her knowledge, positivity, and genuine care is outstanding. She is the reason I am able to do my labor intensive work and still feel pain free. I hurt my wrist at work not too long ago and haven't felt pain since she worked on me. I have been seeing her for 3 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. I highly recommend her!!!

Lisa was my first accupunture experience and it was absolutely incredible! I felt totally comfortable and confident in Lisa's skills and intuitive abilities. I went in for a specific climbing injury in my hand and she knew exactly what to do. I felt like a new man walking out of her clinic. Lisa's kindness, knowledge, and approach to holistic healing in medicine is unmatched to any experience I have had previously in the medical field. It's a beautiful atmosphere and healing experience and I just can't wait to go back.

Lisa does amazing work and she is passionate about helping people feel their best. She listens carefully and really works to understand your body and how it responds. I feel such immediate results when I go to her for a treatment. Ive tried other therapies for my neck pain but what Lisa does works the best. She has also identified and helped heal the underlying issues, too. She has such a calming presence and peaceful therapy room. Going to her for treatment is a great experience.
