Waited for a curbside order almost 30min saw the worker just chatting with an customer the security guards had to tell the worker that I was waiting for an order twice and then the worker went back to sit down in the front desk and finally came out after the I spoke with security one last time I almost just left waiting for so long

Security is pretty rude. There is no sense of organization what so ever. Stood in front area for a good 5 mins before anyone even tried to help me. Finally got to the back area took a good 10 mins of wandering around before anyone came to help me. A young lady came to help me talked to me about the concentrates for a minute then she said she would be right back. I stood around waiting for her about 15 minutes and she never came back. So I just left empty handed. Big disappointment for a cookies club. They seem to have no organization and dont want to even help you. I went down the street to Authentic instead and they were very welcoming and had me in and out in 5 mins total. Dont waste your time at cookies club!
