Today I went down to the shop after speaking with Denyse. I was having trouble reading the pixelated warning on my dash. When I got there, I realized that I had forgotten my mask. But Denyse agreed I would wait in my car and she sent Mike out to take a look. While he never could quite read it either, he insisted on checking my lights and discovered that I had a light out. He went in and got the new bulb and after he installed it, he refused any tip but took my payment in and brought back my change. All While I Waited in My Car!! That's SERVICE!!
