I went into the store last week to purchase a disposable vape. The clerk gave me the wrong item by mistake, a cartridge instead of a disposable one. He put it in the bag without my having seen the item. When I got home, I opened the bag to discover it was not what I had asked for. I called the store and notified them of the error by leaving a message on the company voice mail, stating I would be returning the item. Today I took the item back to exchange it for what had asked for and expected a refund. I was told that, since the item was not defective, they could not accept the return of the product, even though it was unopened. The item cost me $33. I couldn't even get store credit! This is a disgraceful company policy. They could have restocked the unopened container. They could have kept me as a customer

Looking for dispensaries in this area that do a speedy pick-up service and I found one! The service from Vivian was pleasantly quick. I got a glimpse of the inside and it is A NICE CANNABIS SHOP. I will love to shop there again soon on my next visit to the valley.
